Modules

The Modules folder of User Settings contains the following two pages:

• Active Modules - Selection of Valuemation modules (Core or individual business functionality modules) which will be available when Valuemation is run in the module restriction mode. The module restriction mode is a mode in which only active modules are offered. This mode is manly used to verify the assignment of Valuemation elements to business modules.
• Default Module - User-specific selection of Valuemation modules which will be automatically assigned to technical objects created by the user.

The concept of Valuemation modules is currently used mainly for the assignment of technical objects to areas of Valuemation functionality. From the user's point of view it has been superseded by Valuemation business views.
