Multidimensional Allocation

The expirations of allocation described above are not limited to a term, e.g. user ID, account number, transaction, etc. and also not to a cost calculation unit, e.g. the cost center. The ability of the allocation to charge a service to different cost calculation units is called multidimensional allocation.

Example:

The incoming data set has two consumers (transactions and user ID) which will use for a separate allocation.
Transaction name: Cost objective (collection completion)
user ID: Cost center
