Generic Allocation

Allocation terms (those due to systematic name conventions will have the same allocations) must all be seized individually but can be recorded with a "Wildcard".

Example:

File name:  Project SAP%:

SAP assigned thereby all files, their names with "SAP" begin - followed of any character string - the project "SAP".
