Activity Sequences

It is possible to define the source, target and parallel activity sequences that run in parallel or one after the other (conditional and time dependent).

Note that:

  • The condition is defined between 2 activities and controls whether and when the follow up activity is "activated".
  • In addition, the delay time between 2 activities can be defined. Then it is has an effect on the planned start time of the follow-up activity. No delay means planned end time of the predecessor = planned start time of the successor.
  • The first ticket activities (Level 1) are automatically activated when saving the ticket (following only when the previous ones have been done).
  • E-mail delivery is defined in terms of the e-mail templates as with the tickets (Send on Status Change and Status Selection).
  • Model tickets should always be prepared so that the associated activities have the initial status. The Level 1 activities (those that should start first) can already have the "activated" status.
  • Assignments of activities can be predefined via the current support group.
