Logout - Additional Information

Additional Information to the 'Starting and Closing Valuemation' topic:

• Session Timeout

  When there is no activity within the opened web client recorded for a longer time (the time interval is set by the system administrator), you will be logged out automatically (your session with the server will expire). A 're-login' screen appears.

  Note: The status of your work will be lost with the expired session (the opened catalogs, opened objects...).

• Automated Re-login

  You can be logged in automatically after your session expires, in case that the SSO authentication is set up and the auto-relogin functionality is switched on (it is set by the system administrator). Nevertheless, the status of your work will be lost with the expired session as well.

• Logout Page

  When you log in, the Web Client gets opened in a new pop-up window. After you log out, a predefined web page can be opened in the initial window (for example, your intranet signpost). It can be defined by the system administrator.
