The Upload file Dialog Box Features

When adding an attachment using the 'Add File' button, the 'Upload file' dialog box appears.

The 'Upload file' dialog box supports the following features for adding the files:

• Select a file...

  The standard way for adding a file. Click the 'Select a file' button, locate the file you wish to add and click 'OK'.

• Drag and drop

  Enables you grab the desired file and drag it into the dialog box using the mouse. You can also select, drag and drop more files simultaneously.

  Note: The 'Drag and drop' functionality must be supported by your browser. If you are using an older browser version, this feature may not be available.

• Multiple selection

  When adding a file either with the 'Drag and drop' or the 'Select a file...' button options, you can select multiple objects and add them as an attachment at one time. The multi-select functionality supports all commonly used selection options and shortcuts. For example, selecting the first object, holding down the 'Shift' key and selecting the last object can be used to select all objects.
