Service Continuity Test

IT Service Continuity plans and programs must be checked and tested continuously.

The periodic testing and audits of ITSCM plans can be supported by a special test/audit process in Valuemation Business Process Manager (BPM) containing all tasks and information for that particular test. All participants will be involved the same way as for real disaster recovery situations.

Improving a special Business Service concerning the recovery plans the trigger object can be a service or CI in test environment. All process tasks are stored in USU Valuemation with all the relevant information like description, status, assigned group / person / user, date/time planned, date/time processed, etc.
