Critical Contracts

In Valuemation, the 'Delivery Criticality' information on each relation between service and related service contract item shows how critical that contract is in that service relation.

There are the following three values provided:

High
Medium

The authorized user can use a special sidebar catalog to show all contract items in the different delivery criticalities.
