How to Activate Approving by 2 or More Persons

To set up approval by more than one approval persons, define and activate two or more SRM Configurable Tasks objects. If they are both relevant for a request item (by general condition or by assignment via item responsibility) and Valuemation successfully finds at least one responsible person for the approval task (i.e. person defined for item responsibility or random person from the Support Group or at least the default person defined on SRM Configurable Tasks), then the request item must be approved by both persons.
