Superadmin Request ProcessingExceptional situations may occur for instance due to wrong configuration or when a request created in one of previous Valuemation versions is processed. Such situations can be resolved by editing in so called 'Superadmin mode'. This opens the request or request item editor in a special mode allowing for modification beyond normal processing restrictions. In order to edit a request or request item in the Superadmin mode, you must open it from one of the Superadmin catalogs found in the 'Superadmin' folder under 'Requesting Configuration' in the 'SRM Catalogue Manager' sidebar:
