Change or create Service Option Groups and Service Options

A Service Option Group bundles different Service Options. Service Options are different combinations of Service Parameters.

1. Open the 'Service Option Groups' catalog.
2. Call the 'Create' or 'Edit' action.
3. Enter a name (e.g. Support Packages).
4. Press 'Ok' or 'Apply' to save the Service Option Group.
5. Open the 'Service Options' catalog.
6. Call the 'Create' or 'Edit' action.
7. Enter a Service Option name (e.g. Gold, Silver, Bronze) and, optionally, assign a Service Option Group.
8. Press 'Ok' or 'Apply' to save the Service Option.
