Valuemation CTI In

Test verifies that it is possible to invoke handling of CTI „connected“ event on rich and web client using „CTI In“ interface. It demonstrates that only one Valuemation client running on the same computer can be informed about CTI „connected“ event.

„CTI In“ is a name of Valuemation interface , allowing to invoke handling of CTI „connected“event both on the rich client and web client by 3rd party application, running on the same computer as Valuemation client. 3rd party application uses socket communication either with rich client or with CTI applet on web client to invoke CTI “connected“ event.

NOTE: CTI In does not use JTAPI.
