Loading Applet

Test verifies that both usage of applets and CTI is enabled for web application and that CTI is enabled for user in the CTI User Settings.

To see that applet is loaded (or not) and initialized set an option “Show Console” On in Control Panel for Java.

Login to web client, Java console is not displayed at a time.

Open catalog Ticket in Incident/Problem Manager and edit the first ticket.

Java console is opened and indicates that PasteFromClipboard applet is being downloaded, to implement feature “paste from clipboard to picture control” displayed on the last page “Screenshots”.

CtiApplet was not loaded (even when it is enabled in web.xml on application level), because usage of CTI has not been yet enabled for user.
