Lookup Person by Calling Phone

CTI server reports a calling phone in different formats, depending on the location of a calling phone, e.g. a local call is reported in a short format („999“), an international call is reported in long format („000420737745698“)

NOTE: Algorithm for Avaya will be different from one below, as Avaya reports e.g. international calls as "00420737249458" but Cisco " 000420737249458".

The workflow Person.GetByPhoneNumber uses parameters Outside Line Access, International Code, Area Code, and Dial Code, reported by Valuemation CTI for the used plugin, to calculate a phone number in a normalized format, which can be then used to lookup a person.

To get normalized phone number for a local call all international code, area code, and dial code have to be prefixed to a local phone number.
