You may feel less certain about your evaluation of certain competencies than about others. To take this level of certainty into account, you can add 'Certainty/Weight points' information to the evaluation. To do so, use right-click context menu in the 'Competencies' tab to add the 'Your Certainty/Weight' column to the list.

Default 'Certainty/Weight (points)' value is 100. Lowering the value signifies you are less certain. You can also raise the value to express a higher level of certainty (e.g. you are an expert and your opinion in a certain area should be given more weight). There is no limit to the weight value. (It's not percentage.)
