Service Class

Service classes groups the service types. They can be used to accomplish evaluations over several service types together. So you can differentiate for example according to central service types (CPU, I/O, megabyte of the central computer) and decentralized service types (net use, software use in a Client/Server surrounding field).

If service types with different fundamental units are combined into a service class, it must be considered, that only the values are comparable, not the quantities.
