Allocation Rules

With this function you can specify, which allocation procedures shall be supposed per carrier system to be accomplished.

In addition to this, you enter the procedures which can be required in sequence per carrier system over the respective action key.  Instead of a procedure, a user exit can be implemented.

The ordinal number indicates, in which order the procedures have to be implemented. Over the ordinal number,  the according condition can be found, too.

With the field ' protocol flag '  you declare whether a procedure has to be logged after each execution (' P ') or not (blank)

In the filter criteria of this function, you have the possibility of selecting all procedures, which are valid at any time.  In addition you register the desired period in the field ' current conditions '.  The newest sentences, whose ' period is not larger ' than the entered period valid off, are then always selected.  So you can provide fast an overview, which allocation procedures were consulted during a certain account.  If you register one period in the field ' current conditions ', the field must remain ' valid starting from period ' empty and in reverse.

In the field ' action', the key of the desired procedure is registered. In place of an action, also the name of a user exit in the field ' user exit ' can be entered. Further information to the user exits, you find in the chapter ' use of allocation user exits '.

All procedures (actions) the system knows, are deposited in the action table LV034. This table is used as test table to check the input, so that only valid actions are used. The column ' meaning ' is internally used from the program for processing of the actions.
