Ticket Creation Date

Date and time values of a newly created Ticket can be recored in two ways: Either on the Ticket creation or on the Ticket save.

This behaviour can be configured using a dedicated mainparameter:

  • Path: scm.ticket.options
  • Mainparameter: userTicket.setDateOnSave

By default, the value is set to 'False' so that the Ticket creation date is recorded on Ticket creation. If the value is set to 'True', date and time will be recorded on Ticket save.
