Software License Manager

Valuemation Software License Manager is based on the SmartTrack application by Aspera. It provides a link between Valuemation and SmartTrack and prepares relevant Valuemation data for SmartTrack licensing reconciliation.

Valuemation License Manager makes it possible to reduce and optimize software-related costs by:

• Keeping track of currently owned and currently used licenses
• Matching the type and number of licenses to the actual software usage, preventing under-licensing or over-licensing
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and contractual terms and conditions, and documenting it in an audit-compliant manner.

Additionally, workflow-based ordering and approval processes of Valuemation Service Request functionality ensure that only authorized and standardized software is ordered and used.
