Resource Manager

Valuemation Resource Manager module brings transparency to resource utilization. Available resources are registered, categorized and allocated to projects. Resource utilization can be planned, synchronized and analyzed.
Resource Manager is capable of using data already available in Valuemation ticketing and Business Process Manager.

Gantt chart

A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart showing activities (tasks, events) displayed against time. Each activity is represented by a bar; the position and length of the bar reflect the start date, duration and end date of the activity.

Reservation

Reservations represent individual assignments of resources to resource projects for a specified time period.

Resource

Resource is an entity which can be used to perform a certain task. Resources are assigned to Resource Projects and booked using the Reservation objects.

Resource Project

Resource Projects represent real-life tasks or a sequences of tasks from the view point of resources allocation. For example, the development of a new software version could be considered a resource project to which the necessary resources must be allocated and their utilization planned (reserved).
