User-specific values for some of the administrator Knowledgebase settings.

  • Attachments from Ticket apply

    Currently the only KnowledgeBase setting adjustable on an individual user level.

    If set to true, then attachment(s) belonging to the Valuemation ticket will be transfered to KnowledgeBase and attached to the corresponding KnowledgeBase document.
