In Use
The KnowledgeCenter-Valuemation connection is used in Valuemation Incident Management. Namely, you can:
- use KnowledgeCenter to search for solutions to Incident tickets and transfer information on
- found documents
- processed decision trees
- create KnowledgeBase documents on the basis of Valuemation ticket descriptions
This chapter describes standard use cases of KnowledgeCenter-Valuemation functionality. It assumes that a connection between Valuemation and KnowledgeCenter has been established and all necessary settings have been made.
