Process Dispatcher
Role "-Bpm.Process Dispatcher"
Role is assigned to the reference user "-REF-BPMDIS" who:
- can allocate / offer Tasks to different users
- can create Tasks in advance (before they are created automatically by the ProcessInterpreter). This is used for planning activities: a user can see and anticipate Tasks sooner.
- can delete Tasks providing it has not Activity Instance yet
