Activation

It is necessary to explicitly activate the Mail Out mechanism. Therefore you have to import the 'activate_mail_out.xml' xml file.

This import file will create two main parameters which are used for the activation of the archive and escalation send options. The parameters are already set to “true”, which means that both send options: 'archive' and 'escalation' will be accepted by the send mail workflow activity.

Hint: If you want to test the workflow 'Send_Mail_Object_With_Escalation' without setting up the escalation, import the xml 'Test_send_mail_object.xml' which creates a 'Send_Mail_Object_With_Escalation_Test' workflow. Start this workflow from the sidebar to send stored mail objects in the status 'Created'.
