Tasks with End-user Interaction

The manual tasks can be executed by members of the person-groups which are assigned to the lanes. In our use case this are the support groups.

CONFIGURATION SUPPORT for the tasks:

• Check the location and infrastructure
• Assemble and Configure PC
• Deliver to location

and ASSET SUPPORT for:

• Check Stock (from subprocess Stock Check / Order )
• Order Products (from subprocess Stock Check / Order )

In the Dispatcher Overview we can see that there are 2 activated tasks.
