Steps Executed Automatically

Create System (auto):
Service Task which is executed automatically. The result is the creation of a system in Valuemation and the assignment of this system to the request (Upgraded System)

Update status of request: Script which sets the status of the request to 'In Fulfillment'
Update status CI (auto): Service Task which updates the CMDB
Mail Requestor: Task which sends an email to requestor about the fulfillment of the request
Finalize Request: Script which sets the final status Fulfilled for the request
