Dispatching

These catalogs are available to users mapped to the role -Bpm.Process Dispatcher. Dispatchers can allocate/offer work items to different users, create work items in advance and delete them providing they have no activity instance yet.

Process Instances for Planning and Dispatching

Shows active process instances and allows to define/delete tasks for these. In the Editor of a process, navigate to the reference catalog 'Tasks'. Here Tasks can be created, edited and deleted.

Tasks for Dispatching

Lists tasks for Dispatching. The Dispatcher can use the actions 'Edit', 'Allocate', 'Start by' and 'Refresh Performers'. The 'Allocate' action only assigns the Task to a user. The 'Start by' action assigns it to a user and sets the started time - this starts the process for the selected user.
