Initialize Calling Code for Organization Units

Calling Code is used in the use case Accepting Call to identify tickets to be displayed on the reference catalog “Tickets by Calling Code” on “Call acceptance” editor.

Calling Code must be a normalized format, i.e. it can only contain digits, it can be either:

  • with international code, starting with “00”, e.g. 0049711,
    or
  • without international code starting with “0”, e.g. 0711, 0711222
