Initialize CTI Phones for Persons

When a connected incoming call is recognized by Valuemation CTI, a calling phone is used to lookup a calling person using normalized values of attributes Phone and Cell Phone. Phone and Cell Phone can be either:

• phone number with an international code, e.g. +49-711-222-0000, or
• phone number without an international code starting with 0, e.g. (0711)-222-0000

Normalized values are stored in counterparts attributes CTI Phone and CTI Cell Phone. Use the action Init CTI Phones on the catalog Persons with Phone Numbers for CTI to initialize counterparts attributes.

Action Init CTI Phones initializes CTI Phone attributes for all persons

End of processing is announced by message box

Editor opened from the catalog displays Phone, Cell Phone, and their CTI counterpart attributes. Normalized phone values are calculated by Valuemation after person is saved.
