Setting Up Audit and History

To enable Audit and History, set the History Session Settings.

Valuemation History session must be configured before using Valuemation business functionality.

Valuemation History is a prerequisite for:

  • updating attributes where the audit/history flag is set to true (like system status, component serial number, ticket status, ...)
  • running escalations to create/update ticket report entries
  • using ticket dashboards
  • ...

After the installation (before the Audit and History functionality can be used), the appropriate Authorization Permissions have to be set and the Audit activated.
