Period

The allocation and account of the account data take place periodically, i.e. account data of a fix defined period is summarized and processed together.

The periods (periods) are freely definable within certain rules.

Rules for period definition:

  • A period is specified by the first and last day of one period.
  • The period name must be sortable.
  • The period name must be assigned to the periods in such a way that with an assortment of the periods the periods are present in chronological order.
  • Two periods may not overlap.
  • The financial year, in which the definition is valid, must be indicated. The period of the period has to be completely in this financial year.
  • It is meaningful to  specify the periods of time of the periods completely so that each account can be assigned to one period. Completeness will not be examined by the system.
  • Periods, in which account data has been taken over or an allocation and/or.  account took place, may not be changed or deleted any more.
