Example for charging

In order to be able to charge services, they must be first recognized. Customers do not only want to see the sum total, which they have to pay for the provided services. They also want to know for which they have to pay in detail. The following screenshot below serves as a detailed example.

The supplied IT product is cared for a SAP job. The annual costs of a support amount to 770 €. This costs contain the average personnel costsexpenditure, the costs of network (HW, SW) and the maintenance fees. The actual 100 % of personnel expenditure for the job and the proportionate costs are accounted for to the net costs of the contract.
