Start

It is possible to have a workflow automatically start after a user logs into the application for the first time. Selection of this Welcome Workflow is done on the 'Start' page of 'Global Settings'.

• <...> - Select the workflow from the workflows catalog
• Edit - Open the selected workflow in the Workflow Creation Tool
• Clear - Clear the welcome workflow selection (no workflow will be run at logon)

In standard Valuemation, the functionality is used to display a predefined welcome message for the first time user (workflow 'on_logon'). It can, of course, be used to execute any other action at logon.

Notes:

• One welcome workflow is used for all Valuemation users.
• User session logging must be enabled globally so that the application can identify users' first time logon.
