Escalation Agent

On this page, an agent for the Mail-In Interface can be chosen. If the agent is selected, a set of necessary parameters will become available.

The following parameters are available:

• Time interval

  Specify the time interval (in minutes) which the scheduled task will be executed at.

• Locale User

  The user currently logged in.

• Password

  The password of the local user.
