Disabling Translations

It is possible to globally disable the use of translations. Object type and attribute translations can be disabled independently.

To disable object type and/or attribute translations:

• In Valuemation Rich Client, go to Settings/User Settings.
• In User Settings, go to General/Debugging Settings.

• Check/uncheck the 'Translate Object Type' and 'Translate Attributes' fields to achieve the desired configuration.

The need to disable translations is most likely to arise during customization when seeing real attribute names may be beneficial.
