Escalation Condition

The first kind of escalation is the Escalation Condition – which is driven by a defined condition which is tested directly against the relevant business objects when the escalation is run.

The Escalation Condition process obtains all escalation conditions sorted by Running No. for this Escalation Type. Each WHERE condition is checked in the order indicated by the Running No. For each valid condition the appropriate Escalation Action is run. It it meets the condition, either the entire collection is sent to the workflow or each worflow is launched for each object separately (which meets the condition).
