MonitoringWhen an Instance of a process is started, it can be monitored by a Process Engineer. Both currently running and finished/failed Instances can be watched. For business functionality based on BPM processes, BPM monitoring can be used directly for progress tracking. For example, in Request Fulfillment it can be instrumental in monitoring request progress. Process Instances for MonitoringThis catalog shows Process Instances and their details. An Engineer can easily see the Version, Deployment Number, State and the date and time of the last change. Note: In case of a Failing Activity, a Warning icon appears. To go into even more details, double-click a particular Process Instance (Edit the Process Instance). Process Instances with Failing ActivitiesThis catalog shows Process Instances with errors in their Activities. These are also shown in the Process Instances for Monitoring catalog. Process Instances by StateSee Process Instances by their State in a Catalog to Tree View. Activity Instances by StateSee Activity Instances by their State in a Catalog to Tree View. TasksDisplays a list of all Tasks and some additional details for each of them. To see even more details about a specific tasks, just double-click it, or use the action "View" from the context menu. KPI ValuesThis catalog show values of KPI defined in processes. See the KPI topic to find out how the KPI configuration is done. Sessions of Process EngineTask Executor and Process Interpretor are shown in this catalog if active. If the process engine is not running, the catalog is empty.
