General Process Example

The example depicts a scenario of a Ticket life-cycle. The progress in the ticket life-cycle will be indicated on GUI by the progress bar.

Ticket life-cycle

• Light-green color indicates a task being performed now
• Dark-green color indicates the task already performed
• Gray color indicates tasks in a queue (to be performed after the current task)
