Requirements

As an example, these requirements may exist for tickets of the 'Incident' class:

2 years after closing:
- archive to restrict access to personal related data
5 years after closing:
- anonymize
10 years after closing:
- automated deletion of normal Incidents
- manual deletion of security-relevant Incidents
