- Re-login to rich client as ag1v.
The Console is opened automatically during the start of the rich client.
The Console reports successful login to AgentOne server by ReturnCode: OK and it indicates that human agent is already logged and is READY in AgentOne client software, e.g.:
- Make a test call, e.g. from +420582312345 to test service number +49-40-612345-1234
The Phone 1240 will be ringing.
Pickup the phone, the call is connected (which is also indicated in the Console):
'Test.CTI' workflow is started. It opens message box with information passed to the workflow.
