Inputs Initiation

The actual evaluation data will be provided by relevant users (evaluating persons). The person responsible for the evaluation needs to initiate evaluation data entry. How this is done depends on internal processes in your each individual company. Possible scenarios are:

• The supply manager uses standard company means of communication to ask the evaluating persons to provide evaluation inputs. Data can be entered directly into Valuemation or it can be provided by the evaluating persons in another form and subsequently imported or entered into Valuemation
• The supply manager uses some of Valueamation objects (such as request or ticket) to ask the evaluating persons for evaluation inputs.
• Both of the above can be done on an on-demand basis or a general routine may be set up to ensure regular evaluation.
